Remove the beautiful Brussels Sprouts from their stem.
Normally you'd keep it on the stalk and have the stalk sitting in a little bit of water in the fridge but not everyone has the room for that.
Make sure to wash them to ensure the pesticides are removed. You could use a store bough veggie wash or use a vinegar and water mixture.
Pack them in a plastic bag or storage container that's as air tight as possible. The sprouts should store between 10 and 17 days.
Before cooking remember to remove loose leave and excess stem. Storejoy!
